[ FOUNDERS · ADVISERS · COLLEAGUES ]
Every seat at the table, looked after.
Selling a software business is rarely a one-person job. The founder, the adviser beside them and the colleagues who hold the numbers each get a clear, simple way to share what Volaris needs.
Access is by invitation. Your Volaris contact will invite you.
ROLE 01–03 / WHO TAKES PART
Pick the seat you sit in. Here is what your part looks like, and what the workspace does to make it lighter.
You have a business to run while this happens. So there are no templates to fill in. Share the accounts, exports and customer lists you already keep, answer a few focused questions in your own words, and let your Volaris contact carry the rest.
Any file, any format Drag and drop, use the file picker, or take a photo on your phone. Spreadsheets, Word documents, PDFs and images are all welcome.
Big files are fine too If a file is over 25 MB, you get a plain note to send it to your Volaris contact, who can add it for you.
Links you already use Paste a file-sharing link and it is listed for your Volaris contact to pick up.
Nothing added behind your back Anything your contact uploads on your behalf is clearly marked with their name.
ADVISER BRIEF / WHAT TO EXPECT
Three things that make representing a client easier from the first request to the last.
Want to see the steps end to end? Read how it works. Questions about protection? See security and privacy.
Received, next and outstanding, with a reason for every ask. You always know what your client still owes.
IF THIS SOUNDS FAMILIAR
Every sale has moments that usually cause delay. Here is what happens to them instead.
The numbers live in three spreadsheets Send all three as they are. Nobody asks you to merge them first.
The customer list is a photo A phone photo is a perfectly good start. Share it and move on.
You're not sure of an answer Say you don't know, or give your best estimate. Both are honest answers.
FROM BOTH SIDES OF THE TABLE
Your words, not ours Questions arrive a few at a time. If you don't know, say so or give an estimate.
Your job is to protect your client's time and position. The workspace gives you both one shared view of where things stand, so you spend less time chasing and more time advising.
A checklist you can plan around What has been received, what is next and what is still outstanding, each request with a one-line reason.
Help gathering, not rebuilding Point your client to what they already have. No reformatting into someone else's template.
A named person to call Your client's Volaris contact, with phone, email and booking link, sits inside the workspace.
A clean exit if talks end Your client can ask for everything to be permanently deleted and receive a deletion record for their files.
Often it is a co-founder or finance lead who holds the detail. The founder chooses who joins, and each person sees only what belongs to their own company.
Invited, never self-signed Nobody joins on their own. People come in by invitation only.
Only your own company The people list shows your company's people. Other businesses never appear.
Share straight from your desk Upload the exports and files you look after, in whatever form they are in.
One private space Your company's information lives in its own encrypted space, separate from every other company's.
One named Volaris person, reachable by phone, email or booking link, with regular check-ins.
If the conversation ends, your client can ask for permanent deletion and keep a written record of it.
The file is too big to upload Anything over 25 MB goes to your Volaris contact, who adds it for you, marked with their name.
You've lost track of what's left Open the checklist. What's outstanding is listed, each with a one-line reason.
The talks don't go ahead Ask for everything to be permanently deleted, and receive a deletion record.
